TLC Evaluation System

TLC is a Wollongong based training company that provides computer training for 10-20 students every day. At the end of a training course each student completes a paper evaluation form that aims to capture customer feedback. The problem with any paper-based system is being able to pull out trends in data.

With the help of Green Dot Consulting TLC now has a fully automated web-based evaluation system! ASP.Net 2.0 was used to build a simple, user-friendly evaluation system that both students and staff interact with.

Students complete the evaluation form and also tick the courses they are interested in finding out more about. This information was hard to manage prior to the system, but now course interests are automatically logged and can be viewed live at any stage.
