Amigo's Payroll System


Over the years Amigo’s Mexican Restaurant has slowly automated all its business processes using custom systems developed by Green Dot Consulting.


The latest in a string of systems is “Till Time”, which completely automates the payroll process. When each employee arrives for work, they quickly scan their barcode into the Till Time, which logs the time, and date the employee clocked in. Staff finish their shift by signing off using the same process.


Now here’s the best part….the rest is automated! Timesheets, ATO withholding tax, superannuation, employee grades, and even holiday loading is all automatically calculated. Employees also have an easy, user-friendly interface where they can view previous pay slips, modify contact information and change there passwords.
