Safety and KPI's Database
The construction industry has strict safety and reporting requirements, and is audited frequently to ensure there compliant. With over 300 employees on-site at any one time a database was used to track workplace injuries, equipment, sub-contractors, toolbox talks, insurance information and much more. At the top level, managers can click on a single button that generates rich KPI reports that show the health of a project and safety hot-spots immediately.
Restaurant Management System (RMS)
One of the hardest parts of restaurant management is handling reservations. RMS handles everything associated to a reservation without any thinking at all! When a reservation is created a list of available tables is displayed. Once the tables have been added to that reservation they are taken out of the available tables list for that time slot. The system also manages customers walking off the street and customers who are late, or not showing for their reservation. Customer details such as contact information are stored along with each reservation so the reservation can be confirmed before the day.
Staff see a single view of the restaurant and could book anyone, anywhere and track special requirements. The system handles over 30,000 reservations per year. Out of all the system you can receive reports on how many people you have booked in, which assists managers to order ingredients and accurately prepare for the day.
Till & Time Management (Till Time)
In busy industries with multiple employees being paid on an hourly basis it can be difficult to manage pay and also the time employees arrive. Till Time is essentially an electronic Bundy Clock that also does all pay slips, PAYG, superannuation and group certificates.
Relief staff booking System Multiple Users
The system was designed to track training, current competencies and sick leave for 200 staff members. The core of the system was booking relief staff to fill vacant positions due to sickness or holidays. Staff would enter the days they intended to be away and a list of relief staff for that position would appear. Business logic was used to select the appropriate staff member based on relevant qualifications, days available, their holidays, maintaining minimum part-time hours and staff member preference.
Help desk and Fault logging DB with multiple user access
A 10 user restricted access database tracking installation, faults with installations, faults with products, employee timesheets, product maintenance and help desk. The system has now been placed online.
Laundromat Management System
A point of sale system connected to cash drawers and barcode scanners used to track order status, profit and loss, and all accounting functions.
After every course students complete an evaluation form, on that form there are student details, and courses they are interested in attending. When this form is paper-based, information is very difficult to interpret and report on. We built an ASP web-based evaluation system that was quick and easy for students to complete. Behind it managers can see what courses people are interested in, submit evaluation results to clients and track student contact information.
